Started up JTDX and only seeing a few stations reported on each time block (normally it’s at least 20-30 on each pass). Looked up, antenna cable was not connected to the balun. Yes, digimodes are that good 😀

Caught one image two images three images four images five six seven images from the ISS event on August 6-7th with ye ole’ trusty Baofeng UV-5R and Robot36 on my phone. Not too shabby.

New 9:1 balun (bigger) from hfkits.com is in place, no more overheating on digital modes. I’ve also dropped the EFHW coil for 80m, as it didn’t manage to get it running properly; so just 40, 20, 15 and 10 for now with a simple wire and a bit better SWR on all bands.
